Plan your day best with a variety of options:

  • 1 hour, providing a small selection of skills all learnt together as a group,
including feather balancing, plate spinning, juggling scarfs/balls, and flower stick, all ending with a birthday sing song and the birthday child
handing out certificates to their friends and fellow performers

(or they can be added to your goodie bags if preferred).

  • 1 hour 30min, providing the above 1 hour standard session
plus dress up props and games.

  • 1 hour 30min, providing the 1 hour standard session
plus free play with additional skills such as
diabolo, bucket/peg stilts, poi, staff, hula hoops,
unicycles (age dependent), as well as foam/animal hoppers
    for the younger circus performers.

  • 2 hours, providing the 1 hour standard session plus dress up game
and free play with additional skills, and

the opportunity to perform in a mini showcase for the children to have fun showing off what they have learnt (brilliant for photos and videos!)

Other things to think about

It is best recommended to hire a hall or inside space for your party, as you can never tell what the British weather will do!

However, if you have access to a large enough green space, parties can also be run outside as well, though may differ in setup from inside sessions due to weather - just make sure to have a back up plan if the weather does turn!

In order to be set up and ready to start on time,

I will aim to arrive between 45min-1hour beforehand, depending on the party option chosen.

During sessions I do not use microphones as children will usually come and sit quietly

and listen while I explain and demonstrate certain parts.

I kindly request that if parents plan to stay for the session as well

that they are able to respect this and keep background conversation volumes low during skill demonstrations so that children are able to hear and learn, as well as the parents so they can have a go too! :D

Don't forget to think about food!

Nibbles are a big favorite for many children at parties,

so it's usually best to have any food appear after the circus session has ended

(or as buffet nibbles during the free play section of a longer session),

as once food is seen, the children's focus goes to their tummies!
